This review assesses the "Lifelog Stamp" application, which is designed for seamless life logging on iOS devices. Compatible with iOS 8.0 and later, the app facilitates quick and straightforward recording of daily activities by simply tapping the "Doing" button.

Features include tracking of health-related activities such as medication intake, caregiving tasks like meals and rehabilitation, childcare routines such as feeding and diaper changes, as well as plant and pet care activities like watering flowers and taking pets for walks. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of everyday logging needs.

The application workflow is as follows:

<li>Create a stamp: Users can create customized "Doing" stamps which can be freely registered, reordered, and deleted, offering flexibility in activity categorization.</li>
<li>Register data via stamp tapping: Tapping a stamp records the activity along with the timestamp. Erroneous entries can be easily removed by flicking left or right on the data entry.</li>
<li>View and add details: Additional information such as comments or photos can be appended to each record. Photos can be taken instantaneously or selected from the photo album to enrich data entries.</li>
<li>Data aggregation: Recorded data can be reviewed graphically, with options to view summaries from different periods—7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, or all history. Filters by stamp name are available for targeted analysis.</li>
<li>Data backup: Backup options include five different time frames, with the ability to restore data via iTunes or to send backups immediately through email attachments.</li>
</ul>
